We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was clean, and it had everything we needed, including ample space for our luggage. The hotel facilities were great, especially the handy phone provided in the room. The location was excellent, as it was within walking distance to the Causeway Bay Metro Station and there was a convenient bus stop around the corner. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. being close to the shopping district was a major plus, great to easily explore and shop to our heart's content.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being very close to the popular Causeway Bay shopping area. It is within walking distance to Times Square and other landmarks, perfect for those who love shopping and exploring the city. it is conveniently located near two MTR stations, providing easy access to other parts of the city.
The breakfast options were limited and could be improved.

Friendly staff, smartly designed room, comfortable bed. Ideal location with tram station and shopping area nearby. Offered early check-in, free use of room for changing before flight. Laundry facilities available.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as we were close to St Paul's Hospital and just a short walk away from the park. The hotel itself was in a great area, with attractions and a highway nearby. The service was exceptional, with room service, laundry facilities, and wake up service available. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The staff were friendly and provided excellent human-based management. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV in the room. our experience here was fantastic!
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
